Cannabis’- ie…hoochie Q (including most strains of hemp) that have lower amounts of THC and/or higher amounts of the non-psychoactive cannabinoid CBD, THCV, CBG, pinene, and other compounds that, while having medical potential of their own, can modulate THC’s psychoactivity; access to these is hindered by the plant’s illegality.
Despite what Prohibitionists claim, Cannabis has a higher benefit:cost ratio than legal alternatives, and any dangers posed by its use would be easier to reduce if it were re-legalized. Irvin Rosenfeld has received 300 Cannabis cigarettes (~255 grams) every 25 days since 1982 from the US Federal Government due to a congenital bone tumor disease; he has seen no new tumors during this time, he is a successful stockbroker, and he wrote a book titled “My Medicine.” Drug Prohibition has increased crime, corruption, tax waste, health problems, and infringements on rights and liberties, all while a few are enriched and empowered at the expense of the rest of society. Using education and treatment programs are the only honest, effective, and safe way to reduce any dangers posed by illegal drugs.Hemp has been proven over thousands of years to be beneficial to mankind in myriad ways…too numerous to mention here. When DuPont and Hearst and other crooked financiers made it an illegal plant, they did so to promote their own greedy plans for nylon, and other synthetic products that have done more harm than good to our planet. It takes, for instance, one acre of hemp pulp to make the same amount of paper it would take over 4 acres of trees to produce. It takes one year for hemp to mature, it takes trees decades. Just one example. It is time we reintroduced this miracle plant to planet earth and started up its prior industrial use. WE will all be better off.Well, its about time some research on hemp is published to the masses…..I believe we will find we have been fed a bunch of……wellll U KNOW….People pay attention to ‘Colorado & Washington make pot legal’ – but they are unaware of the Farm Bill allowing the growing of industrial Hemp.
Interesting to see perception vs. reality – With an ideal ratio of omega 6 and -3 fatty acids and some plant chemicals thought to lower high blood pressure, hempseed oil has potential as part of a heart-healthy diet, according to many researchers.
AN today well, i read on the news that congress is lobbying the president to reclassify the plant to no longer be a schedule 1 drug,,,,well, of course it is not, but those who don’t use it don’t have a clue now do they…
