Like Waves on the Seashore or even Ripples in ponds:)

like trees upon trees in Da’ forest:)

 even the fish ponds found in the sky that rise so high lol…anyhow really now….ripples in ponds? From a fortunate one to be alive after crashin’ so many times lol…still wonder bout the ripples though and throughout and the effect we might possibly have { gewd er bad} on others every day in our daily lives:)…in the real werld, or many other unexplainable worlds, from fantasy worlds, to imaginary werlds; how far can jest three werds go…welp ive seen 3 werds go roud  in a few short Years.

Those that have left a quandry of ripples upon my soul after departing, some deciesed and some alive…still have an impact quite often in my daily life and routines...i hear voices lol…no really now …when ever anything i do relates to some of thes people very well and I know it son=mething rather kewl happens….the ripple effect of knowledge learned from others can be like a high speed tape recorder browsing some library at light speed…well auctually each and every one of ua re doing that right now, processing this at light speed:)…incredible huh:)….

so, even though sometimes it might feel like the got the voice of an angel, or another real knowable voice 2 u talkin 2 u , when it does , listen, it might save ur life:)… and it might be for real also, there is someone out there —way out there talking to U lol.

Deep inside do we find a gem er a stone:)>? well some I know their Hearts and minds have turned into stones:(….but inside Myself I know I am Like a King Jewel upon this ol’ planet Earth:)…I know YOU are also, and Deep inside those with hearts of stone know the truth they deny and the destiny fortold they have forsaken:( ~ it is their choice not mine ~ to be not of one mind:(…but to be of their own illusive and illusionary separateness….with a mind that has become unkind:(….

What can I do but watch the pitifull and shallow fate that they desire:(…

it is never too layte for one to turn around and accept that they have been what is not so!

but to contradict that it auctually is to layte when one dies ~ only knowing ~ that they lived their life of a lie for the choice of the ego and control….

 and not on directed by the auctual higher order planned destiny that they had once imagined? what a sad fate it is to have to be in this place:(

All one can do is pray for those who

have chosen this radical non-declared hit and run fate:(

fer them only when they die will it be too layte:(

to have been honest to mankind, thier lovers and their brothers and sisters and most importantly to the greater of the gewd>

ARE YOU? Denying Your Feelings ?Sometimes it takes a great catastrophe’ or event in ones liffe to do the kind of soul searching that 1 does when doing Core belief re-training in a sense through thier own werds of truth, through even a blog page, or website designed to share what is truth at any 1 given time. { it may change over time} being open to change these beliefs is part of my recovery.

SO, Dealing with powerful emotions can be challenging, especially when we are going through chaotic, sad, or cruel experiences in our lives. Often, it can seem like we have only two options for dealing with our feelings so they don’t become too overwhelming. We may let our feelings out in an immediate and visceral way, or we may bottle them up by suppressing our emotions inside our bodies. Most people make the second choice, repressing their feelings in an attempt to deny them.

The truth is that there are many positive ways to deal with emotions, and experiencing your negative feelings doesn’t have to constitute a negative experience. Denying your feelings is not only unhealthy for the mind and the body, but it may also rob you of valuable information you could be learning about yourself and your life. Suppressing your emotions can even impede your short-term memory. Acknowledging your feelings can help you better understand them and help you recover naturally from change, stress, and grief.

If you find that facing your feelings head on is proving too difficult during times of emotional distress, you may want to explore alternative ways of expressing them. Otherwise, the emotions you deny could morph into unconscious anger or self-hatred. Expressing your thoughts to friends or family can be helpful. If you don’t feel ready to share them, try giving them words by writing down what you are feeling. Give whatever you are feeling simple words like “livid” or “angry” or “excited”. You can also funnel your feelings into a creative outlet, physical exercise, or chores. Even just accepting and speaking your feelings out loud to yourself can be a healing release. In releasing intense emotions, it is most beneficial to acknowledge the feelings, allow yourself to feel them, and let the feelings go.

SO AS FAR AS MEDITATING AND WRITING AND BLOGGING AND SHARING goes:

Those who are willing to experience and release their feelings without judgment also find that their lives become less stressful. Breathing deeply, going for a long walk, or doing a constructive task can help you respond to your feelings in a healthy way. If you are a practitioner in meditation, then attempt to assist in activating ur simple and complete dna.

While burying negative or uncomfortable feelings can numb the pain, it also may inevitably dull your ability to experience your more positive and pleasurable feelings. You may find yourself afraid to open up in the future for fear of getting hurt. The feelings we deny aren’t limited to anger and sadness. Suppressing our happiness or excitement can be just as unhealthy. There fore I do not really reccomend burying ur feelings and stuffing them in some closet door, for to deny these feelings and eternal truths exist, simply put is a crime in itself and just not healthy.

In learning how to express your intense emotions in a healthy way, you are giving yourself the freedom to fully experience the more joyful emotions that come with being alive. instead of choosing to side with fear based negative charged false judgements that come from the brain of fear and not the spirit of love:(

personally i am tired of being called things i am not:( from a manipulator to a liar to a womanizer etc etc:( i am tired of being be railed by thse i love attacking my core beliefs …what are core beliefs , well read on!

We all have our Core Essence, the light that we are – the light of our purpose, our unique gifts and talents, our reason for being . Core belief work removes blocks to that light shining.

Working with universal spiritual principles you can come into alignment with the natural flow of life, if we can allow the crazy suffering stuff to werk itself away the correct way, sometimes through release and output even as simple as releasing the feeling through a blog or journal of sorts, so that your are aware the whole world can see and in the process of doing this 1 can vent and outlook and re-look and analyze, etc. and get peer comments to help along the journey. and most likely be less likely to lie or alter/misplace or stretch the truth. This form of simple honesty in itself is generally very healing for me and many i know here that do the same thing, so don’t be afraid to blog if it is the truth is not intended to damage my own or anothers feelings.

As we release the limitations of our own beliefs, the inner shift brings about changes in our experience. This kinda release gives me a new perspective every new vision i take when i lewk back at the past and see what i have written, which then again causes for more release and growth. Hope i aint borin’ nobody:)!!! okay now well it is all cuz i can’t seem to sleep and i typing almost as fast as i think, jeez wish i could get to that point that’d be kewl! anyhow!>>>those were just a few examples of what core beliefs are.

The reprogramming done from the Theta brain wave state pulls, resolves and cancels these beliefs and replaces them with ones that assist you in a more positive way.

These beliefs can be found on any one or all four levels:

1 Core Belief…. level are beliefs instilled on the subconscious mind from childhood.

for today full moon friday was not my day,

at least i got internet still at the moment soo i thought i’d post this one

i drive 100 to 200 miles a day in the mountains here where i live on the days when i have to go out and drive, would rather jest stay at home and werk on my house but is what it is? oh well.

&

Well, my best friend in the werld forgot i existed again and did not connect, then i loose my phone?:(, Then my battery connection on my truck goes weak on way to town on bumpy road got stranded and had to repair, i almost hit a deer after sunset, then my truck overheats due to a water pump going out:( then a guy with a trailer passes me and his trailer has no lights and i almost hit it at over 40 mph, then these 2 drunk people walking in the middle of the road i almost hit??? seemed i was seeing dui drivers around me all night ,? party weekend huh? then another  7 deer after dark at nearly 55, hit one of them and spun out my truck completely round i did, Is a Miracle did not roll it,,,,almost did, second time this month, deer are evrywhere…

i drive very careful and cautious, but is a fact of life ? even in the middle of no where ya might run across a suicidal deer or a drunk in the middle of the road…

my whole problem tonight is my mental energies are not right i am sure or all this would not have happened , so it is a fact i am glad to be home safe and sound once again,

“INFINITY”

God Established his relationship with you to make you Happy! and nothing you do that does not share His Purpose can be real. The purpose God ascribed to anything is it’s only function. Because of his reason for creating  His relationship with you, the function of relationships become forever “to make happy” and nothing else. To fullfill this function you relate to your creations as GoD to His.

For nothing God created is apart from happiness as its Creator did. Whatever does not fullfill this function cannot be real.

     In this world it is impossible to create. Yet it is possible to make happy. I have said repeatedly that the Holy Spirit would not deprive you  of your special relationships, but would transform them!. And all that is meant by this is that He will restore them the function given them by God. The function you have given them is clearly not to make happy. But the Holy relationship shares God’s purpose, rather than aiming to make a substitute for it.
Every special relationship you have made is a substitute for Gods will, and glorifies yours instead of His because of the illusion they are different.

     You have made very real relationships even in this world. Yet you do not recognize them because u have raised their substitutes to such a predominance that, when truth calls to you, as it does constantly, you answer with a substitute. Every special relationship you have made made has, as its fundamental purpose, the aim of occupying ur mind so completely that you will not hear the call of truth

In a sense, the special relationship was the egos answer to the creation of the Holy Spirit, Who was gods answer to the separation!….
For although the ego did not understand what had been created, it was aware of the threat. The whole defense system the ego evolved to protect the separation from the Holy Spirit was in response to the gift with which God blessed it, and by his blessing enabled it to be healed. This blessing holds within itself the truth about everything.  And the truth is that the Holy Spirit is in close relationship with you, because in Him is your relationship with God restored to you.
The relationship with Him has never been broken, because the Holy Spirit  has not been separate from anyone since the separation. And through Him have all ur Holy relationships been carefully preserved, to serve God’s purpose for you.

     The Ego is always alert to threat, and the part of ur mind into which the EGO was accepted is very anxious to preserve it reason{LOL_unrealistically!}…as it see it:(….It does not realize that it is totally insane:(…..And U must realize just what this means if you would be restored to sanity!….
The INSANE PROTECT THEIR THOUGHT SYSTEMS, but they do so insanely!:(……
And all their defenses are as insane as what they are supposed to protect.
The “SEPARATION” has nothing in it!
NO PART, NO “REASON” and no attribute that is not insane.
And it’s “PROTECTION” is part of it, as insane as the whole!

“THE SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP” which is it’s chief defense; must be insane!:(:(:(And all their defenses are as insane as what they are supposed to protect.
The “SEPARATION” has nothing in it!
NO PART, NO “REASON” and no attribute that is not insane.
And it’s “PROTECTION” is part of it, as insane as the whole!

“THE SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP” which is it’s chief defense; must be insane!:(:(:(

You have but little difficulty now in realizing that the thought system the “special relationship” protects is but a system of delusions. You recognize at least in general terms, that the ego is insane. Yet the special relationship still seems to you some how to be “different”. Yet we have lewked at it far closer than we have at many other aspects of the ego’s thought system that U have been more willing to let go. While this one remains, you will not let the others go:( For this one is not different! 

RETAIN THIS ONE1, AND YOU HAVE RETAINED THE WHOLE, MY DEAR LOVE.
     It is essential to realize that all the defenses do what they would defend. The underlying basis for their effectiveness is that they offer what they defend.:(….& What they defend is placed in them for safe-keeping, as they operate they bring it to U.
Every defense operates by giving gifts, and the gift is always a miniature of the of the thought system the defense protects, SET IN A GOLDEN FRAME.  The frame is very elaborate, all set with jewels, and deeply carved and polished. It’s purpose is to be of value in itself?:, and to divert your attention from what it encloses. But the frame without the picture YOU CANNOT HAVE. Defenses operate to make U think U can.

The “special relationship” has the most imposing and deceptive frame of all the defenses the ego uses.:It’s thought system is offered here, surrendered by a frame so heavy and so elaborate that the picture is almost obliterated by its imposing structure. Into the frame are woven all sorts of fanciful and fragmented illusions of LOVE, set WITH DREAMS OF SACRAFICE:( AND SELF-AGGRANDIZE-MENT, and interlaced with guilded threads of self-destruction. The glitter of blood shines like rubies, and the TEARS ARE FACETED LIKE DIAMONDS and gleam in the dim light in which the offering is made.

     LOOK AT THE PICTURE! Do not let the frame distract you. This gift is given you for your damnation and if U take it you will believe you are damned.
 YOU CANNOT HAVE THE FRAME WITHOUT THE PICTURE!
What you value is the frame, for there U see NO CONFLICT.? yet the frame is only the wrapping for the gift of conflict. The frame is not the gift! Be not DECIEVED by the most superficial aspects of the thought system, for these aspects enclose the whole, complete in every aspect. DeatH:( lies in this glittering gift. Let not ur gaze dwell on the hypnotic gleaming of the frame. LooK at the Picture, and realize that Death is offered YOU!….

     That is why “THE HOLY INSTANT” is so important in the defense of truth.The TRUTH ITSELF NEEDS NO DEFENSE!— but you do need defence against your acceptance of the gift of death.When you who are truth accept an idea so dangerous to truth, YOU THREATEN TRUTH WITH DESTRUCTION!,  and ur defense must now be undertaken, to keep truth whole.The Power of Heaven, the love of God, the tears of Christ, and the joy of His eternal Spirit are marshalled to defend you from ur own attack.
For U attack them, Being part of Them:(, and They must save you, for They Love Themselves, is bout the bottom line almost.

THE HOLY INSTANT IS A MINIATURE OF HEAVEN! sent you from Heaven. IT IS A PICTURE, TOO, SET IN A FRAME.
Yet if u accept this gift U will not see the frame at all, because the gift can only be accepted through ur willingness to focus all ur attention on the picture.
See IT NOT AS A PUZZLE THIS PICTURE! THE HOLY INSTANT IS BUT A MINIATURE OF ETERNITY. IT IS A PICTURE OF TIMELESSNESS SET IN A FRAME OF TIME.
If you focus on the picture, you will realize that it was only the frame that made U think? it was a picture!….WITHOUT THE FRAME, THE PICTURE IS SEEN AS WHAT IT REPRESENTS. FOR AS THE WHOLE THOUGHT SYSTEM OF THE EGO LIES IN ITS GIFTS, SO THE WHOLE OF HEAVEN LIES IN THIS INSTANT, BORROWED FROM ETERNITY AND SET IN TIME JEST FER YOU!….an in this instant i stand forever in love with you even wothout grace or love from u

     TWO GIFTS ARE OFFERED YOU. Each is complete and CANNOT BE PARTIALLY ACCEPTED. Each is a picture of all that you can have, seen very differently. YOU CANNOT COMPARE THEIR VALUE BY COMPARING A PICTURE TO A FRAME!:(……It must be the pictures only that you compare, or the comparisson is wholly without meaning. REMEMBER THAT IT IS THE PICTURE THAT IS THE GIFT. ~~~~AND ONLY ON THIS BASIS ARE YOU REALLY FREE TO CHOOSE. LEWK AT THE PICTURES. BOTH OF THEM!
One is a tiny picture, hard to see at all beneath the heavy SHADOWS of its ENORMOUS and DISSPROPORTIONATE ENCLOSURE.
The other is LIGHTLY FRAMED and hung in light, LOVELY TO LEWK UPON FOR WHAT IT IS…….

You have tried so hard, and are still tryuing, to fit the better picture into the wrong frame and so combine what cannot be combined:(……..accept this as fact and be glad! The pictures are each framed perfectly for what they represent. One is framed to be out of focus and not seen. The other is framed for purfect clarity. THAt PICTURE OF DARKNESS AND DEATH GROWS LESS CONVINCING AS YOU SEARCH IT OUT AMID ITS WRAPPINGS. As each senseless stone that seems to shine from the frame in darkness is exposed to the Light, it becomes dull and lifeless<, and ceases to distract you from the picture. And finally U lewk upon the picture itself seeing at last that, unprotected by the frame it has no meaning!:(…..

     The other picture is lightly framed, FOR TIME CANNOT CONTAIN ETERNITY!   THERE IS NO DISTRACTION HERE!.

The picture of Heaven and Eternity grows more convincing as you lewk at it. And now, by real comparison a transformation of both pictures can at last occur. And each is given its rightful place when both are seen in relation to the other. more than a story! is what it is!
To forgive is merely to remember only the loving thoughts u gave in the past, and those that were given to you. All the rest must be forgotton. Forgiveness is a selective remembering, based not on ur selection. For the shadow figures you would make immortal are “ENEMIES” of  “REALITY”!...Be willing to forgive the son of man for what he did not do.The shadow figures are the witnesses” you bring with you to demonstrate HE DID WHAT HE DID NOT. Because U bring them You will hear them. And you who keep them by ur own selection don not understand how they came into ur mnd, and what their purpose is!...They represent the EVIL that u THINK? was done to you. You bring them with you only that U may return EVIL 4 Evil. Hoping that thier witness will enable U TO THINK GUILTILY of ANOTHER. and not harm urself:(….They speak so clearly for the SEPaRATION no one not obsessed with keeping separation could hear them. They offer you the “REASONS” why u should now enter into unholy alliances to support the EGO’s goals:(, and make ur relationships the witness to power:(.
     It is these “SHADOW FIGURES” that would make the EGO HOLY😦 in ur personal sight. and to teach u? what u do to keep it safe is really LOVE. The SHADOW FIGURES ALWAYS SPEAK FOR VENGEANCE and all relationships they enter into are totally INSANE> Without exception, these relationships have as their purpose the EXCLUSION of the TRUTH about the other, and of urself.
This is why u see in both that which is not there, and make of both the slaves of vengeance:(. ? ANd why whatever reminds u of the past grievances attracts you, and seems? to go by the name of ur LOVE no matter how distorted the associations by which you arrive at the connection may be. And finally, why all such relationships become attempts at union through the body, for only bodies can be seen as a means for vengeance. That bodies are central to all unholy relationships is evident. Your own experience has taught u this!. But what u may not realize is all the reasons that go to make the relationship unholy.. For unholiness seeks to reinforce itself, as holiness does, by gathering to itself what it perceives to be as itself.
     In the unholy relationship it is not the the body of the other with which union is attempted, but the bodies of those who are not there, for even the body of the other, already a severely limited perception of him or herself, is not the central focus “as it is”, or in ENTIRETY!. What can be used for fantasies of vengeance, and what can be most redily associated with those on whom vengeance is really sought, is centered on and separated off as being the only parts of the value. Every step taken in the making, the breaking off of the unholy relationship is a move toward further fragmentation and UNreality itself:(.  The Shadow Figures enter more and more and the one they seem to be{me} decreases importance…day by day.
    
TIME is indeed UNKIND to the UNHOLY relationship. For Time is Cruel in the EGO’s hands:(.as it is KIND when used for GENTLENESS.
The attraction of the unholy relationship begins to fade and to be questioned almost at once.Once it is formed, doubt must enter in, because its purpose is IMPOSSIBLE!. The Ideal” of the unholy relationship thus becomes one in which the reality of the other does not enter to “spoil their dream”, and the less the other really brings to the relationship the “better” it becomes. Thus, the attempt at union becomes a way of excluding even the one with whom the union was sought. For it was formed to get him out of it, and join with fantasies in “UN-INTERRUPTED BLISS”  to have a sort of heaven on earth!

     How can the holy spirit bring his intrepretation of the body as a means of communication into relationships whose only purpose is seperation from reality? What forgiveness is Enables him to do so!…If all but loving thought have been forgotten, what remains is ETERNAL! and the transformed past is made like the present. No longer does the past conflict with the now. This continuity extends the present by increasing it’s reality and it’s value in your perception of it.In these loving thoughts is the spark of beauty hidden in the ugliness of the unholy relationship where hatred is remembred. yet there to come alive as the relationships given to him who gives it life and beauty. That is why atonement centers on the past, which is the cource of seperation, and WHERE IT MUST BE UNDONE ………….For separation must be corrected where it was made.

     The Ego seeks to “resolve” it’s problems at their source, but where they were not made. And thus the Ego seeks to Gaurantee that there will be no viable soulution. & The holy spirit wants only to make HIS resolutions complete and purfect.and so He seeks and finds the source of problems where it is, and there undoes it!. And with each step in his undoing is the separation more and more undone, and Union brought closer. He is not at all that confused by any “reasons” for seperation, All he perceives in separation is that it must be Undone! Let him uncover the hidden spark in ur relationships, and show it to you. It’s lovelyness will so attract you that you will be unwilling ever to lose the sight of it again. And you will let this spark Transform the relationship so you can See It More and More. For You will want it more and more, and become increasingly unwilling to letit be hidden from u. And You will learn to seek for and establish the conditions in which this beauty can be seen.

     All this time U go Gladly”:( if you but let Him hold the spark before you, to light your way and make it clear to you. God’s Son is One. Whom God has joined as one, the ego cannot put asunder. The Spark of Holiness must be safe, however hidden it may be, in every relationship. For the Creator of the one relationship that has left no part of it without Himself. This is the only part of the relationship the Holy Spirit sees, because he knows that only this is true. YOU HAVE mad ethe relationship Unreal, and therefore Unholy, by seeing it where where it is not  and as it is not! Give the past to Him who can change ur mind about YOU.
 But first, be sure you fully realize WHAT YOU HAVE MADE THE PAST TO REPRESENT, AND WHY.

     tHE PAST BECOMES  the justification for entering into a continuing, unholly alliance with the ego against the present. For the Present IS FORGIVENESS. therefore, the relationships the unholy alliance dictates are not percieved nor felt as now.Yet the frame of reference to which the present is referred for meaning is an illusion of the past, in which those elements that fit the purpose pf the unholy allaince are retained, and all the rest let go. And what is thus let go is all the truth the past could offer to the present as witnessesses for its reality. What is kept is but witnesses to the reality of dreams.
     IT IS STILL UP TO YOU TO CHOOSE TO JOIN WITH TRUTH OR WITH ILLUSION. BUT REMEMBER THAT TO CHOOSE ONE IS TO LET THE OTHER GO ..THERE IS NO ROOM FOR DUALITY IN TRUTH.  WHICH  ONE YOU CHOOSE WILL ENDOW WITH BEAUTY AND REALITY, BECAUSE THE CHOICE DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU VALUE MORE.
The spark of beauty or the veil of ugliness, the real world ? or the world of guilt and fear, truth or illusion, freedom or slavery– It is all he same! For you can nevcer choose but between 2 things. ………you can never choose except between God and Ego Thought Systems are but true or false, and all their attributes come simply from what they are. Only the thoughts of God are True. And all that follows from them comes from what they are, and it is as true as is the Holy Source from which they came.

     My Holy Brother-Sister. I would enter in to all of ur relationships, and step between You and Your fantasies. Let my relationship to you be real to you! Let me bring reality to ur Perception and mis perceptions of ur brothers. They were not created to enable you to hurt yourself through them  They were Created to Create With You. This is the truth that I would interpose between you and your goal of madness. Be not seperate from me, and let not the holy purpose of Atonement be lost to you in dreams of vengeance. Relationships in which such dreams are cherished have excluded me. Let me enter in the Name of God! and bring you peace, that you may offer peace to me.

God Established his relationship with you to make you Happy! and nothing you do that does not share His Purpose can be real. The purpose God ascribed to anything is it’s only function. Because of his reason for creating  His relationship with you, the function of relationships become forever “to make happy” and nothing else. To fullfill this function you relate to your creations as Gof to His. For nothing God created is apart from happiness as its Creator did. Whatever does not fullfill this function cannot be real.

     In this world it is impossible to create. Yet it is possible to make happy. I have said repeatedly that the Holy Spirit would not deprive you  of your special relationships, but would transform then!.And all that is meant by this is that He will restore them the function given them by God. The function you have given them is clearly not to make happy. But the Holy relationship shares God’s purpose, rather than aiming to make a substitute for it. Every special relationship you have made is a substitute for Gods will, and glorifies yours instead of His because of the illusion they are different.

     You have made very real relationships even in this world. Yet you do not recognize them because u have raised their substitutes to such a predominance that, when truth calls to you, as it does constantly, you answer with a substitute. Every special relationship you have made made has, as its fundamental purpose, the aim of occupying ur mind ao completly that you will not hear the call of truth.
In a sense, the special relationship was the egos answer to the creation of the Holy Spirit, Who was gods answer to the sepAration!….For although the ego did not understand what had been created, it was aware of the threat. The whole defense system the ego evolved to protect the separation from the Holy Spirit was in response to the gift with which God blessed it, and by his blessing enabled it to be healed.
This blessing holds within itself the truth about everything.
And the truth is that the Holy Spirit is in close relationship with you, because in Him is your relationship with God restored to you. The relationship with Him has never been broken, because the Holy Spirit  has not been separate from anyone since the separation. And through Him have all ur Holy relationships been carefully preserved, to serve God’s purpose for you.

Try to start bringing some excitement into your life as often as possible and drop the fear. if that is at all possible, dropping the fear by the wayside. Projections and realities that are a reflection of fear based thoughts or observations. Remember all fear based decisions are based on what fear really is>

False Evidence Appearing Real.

Every human life has the potential to be dramatic, thrilling, and awe-inspiring. Our lives are, in truth, ours to design. Each day, we make choices that influence the character of our experiences, and our decisions determine whether our paths are rousing or tedious, breathtaking or tiresome. We can create an exciting life by simply doing what excites us whenever the opportunity presents itself. Your passions may ebb and flow, and what excites you one year may not excite you the next, but when you make excitement a regular part of your existence, life becomes more fun and more fulfilling.

If you are somebody that tends to live practically, lol, excitement might jest overwhelm you at first. To ease the anxiety that prevents you from incorporating all that you find exciting into your life, try starting by acknowledging  that you are alive right now in this time and every moment matters. When you choose to do more of what excites you, even if your choices requires you to make certain sacrifices, your daily life will soon be imbued with exhilaration, pleasure, and optimistic anticipation. If you make no plans for the future at all there will be only future of chance to be fortold, if ya decide to choose not to make decisions in life but to only 2 stagnate in despair?<Remember u still have chosen to make a decision. so to not make a choice is as distarous or more than to make the wrong choice for a given reason, for to not make choice and do nothing when the time is asked to act:( and be a sacraficial lamb for past wrongs: not to release the past and to remain in the now of not making a decision is still making a decision, it is time to get off ones ass and not be a hipocryte and do what one prayed for and was blessed with to do in life, but to fear it is only to throw life away for the evil itself,

that which is opposite of life:(…evil….the lie

To understand what excites you, you may need to observe and ponder your reaction to the activities, events, circumstances, and concepts that make up your life. Ya might really want to lewk at the real reason why u ended upright exactly where u are,{it is ussuallybecause of what u love} & What makes your pulse race, what makes you want to get out of your chair and take action? Try to avoid getting too wrapped up in life’s details; their tedium may cause you to confuse reality and complicate easy things {all fear based} to plod through your existence unaware of prospective excitement. Once you have created a substantial list of what excites you, find ways to integrate each item into your routine. You will soon find yourself riding a wave of excitement that lifts you up and makes life truly worth living. What excites you in your life?

To thine own self be true!

     Doing what excites me in my life is the only therapy and best therapy i can have when seriously affected and or negatively charged by another,  by betrayal based on lies, deceit, denial, death, dissillusionment, deception insincere love or hipocracy or other factors.

     So to that i have to say i have 2 things that i love to do! that excite me:)…besides love the one that wants to hate me.The one i haven’t been able to be with for 2 years:(……i love to fly my glider/trike and love to ride and drive to escape it all and get into the trance state of knowing the soul that i truly am and the soul that is love…I am a soul that hates hate and haters and hates anything that attempts to hate love:(……for that is what to be grateful for today…Love and nothing else to me…and having loved ,and knowing i still love and always will be love and will always have the choice to continue getting excited, or to jest be a stagnate do nothing, and wither up and die,,,is my choice and urs also, hope ya get my drift!…
     So, no matter what , no matter who dies or what happened or who hurt ur soul or trampled on ur honest mind< who broke ur heart, or what not, all one can do is go on, one day at a time, and try to seek that which excites and makes life all that much grander of a life to life, seek the grand,,,,don;t seek the errors or you shall find only error……even if it is in ur very own life u =misjudge or judge:(:(…we can’t patronise fear and make our decisions based upon that anymore,,,,,,,,,,,,,for tomorrow is a new day may ur life be released from fear may u follow ur dreams and that which u have been blessed and find that which excites u, so as to have the best possible life one can prosper, instead of prospering from fear, try prospering from the things u say u love!…….

PS: above dissertaion is all because i have been in love with and lived my life for and because of for the last 3 plus years for one certain individual, only for that person to tell me to go do what i want:( and well i am heartbroken and crushed as much as i was when my last killed herself:( and when my first was murdered:(…by a lunatic for a car and a few dollars:(….seems  to me honor, truth, love, respect kindness, loyalty, are as bout as perrenial as the grass, so is life:( …so make the best out of it is all i can say and ride on!…and pray for forgiveness for those who might have been dishonorable and turned their back on you or themselves:(, know its not ur fault..find something again to capture ur thrill in life or u will sink into deep depression if u dwell on what others {do to themselves and you} to hurt you!? let god do the werk and don;t kill urself over others fears and lies:(………even if it does create a false reality based on fear, create another reality for urself today and go find something to capture the thrill once again so u can again have a love for life!
